Step into the wild, weird, and wonderfully welded world of The Skeleton Key to Adventure—a tongue-in-cheek mockumentary that follows the afterlife and times of Bones McCoy, the skeletal security guard of New England Woodturning and Sculptures (NEWTS). But Bones is no ordinary bag of bones. By day, he watches over metal emus and steampunk sawmills. By night, he haunts Gilgai as the legendary Boogieman—or, as locals whisper, the mysterious masked Beakman!

Set against the backdrop of the real-life NEWTS Sculpture Walk, this mockumentary hilariously blends fact and fiction, offering genuine insights into the business, the artists, and local tourism—while chronicling McCoy’s bizarre rise from Halloween prop to hometown myth. Expect conspiracy theories, cranky robots, recycled metal masterpieces, and the occasional jump-scare (of the comedic kind).
